Waste of Money

Can I give it a zero?!? What is worse is that whenever they update or change the app all the 1 star reviews disappear. What a joke this software is, I consider myself a bit of a tech expert and know my et work in and out. Their software is garbage!!!

If you are looking for software that inconsistently works or crashes all the time then look no further. Ever since they updated the firmware and Monitor Everywhere software it crashes regularly. We have solid wifi around the home. You can only seem to setup the wifi on 2G, 5G used to work but recently even that stopped working and your device must be on the same 2G network even though my router seamlessly passes through 2G and 5G device communications.

I wish I had never purchased this device from Motorola!
